Msg & Data Rates. Standard text messaging and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
No Hidden Fees. We do not charge beyond your carrier’s standard messaging fees.
3. Opt-Out, HELP & STOP
STOP. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS messages. We’ll send a one-time confirmation:
“You have been unsubscribed from North River Fence SMS. To re-subscribe, reply START.”
HELP. Reply HELP for assistance or to receive customer support contact info.
4. Privacy & Data Use
All personal information collected via SMS is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number or message content with third parties for marketing.
5. Message Delivery
We use RingCentral to send messages. If you experience delivery issues, you may contact us at sms-support@northriverfence.com.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier networks or other factors beyond our control.
7. Governing Law & Changes
These SMS Terms are governed by Florida law. We may update them from time to time—changes take effect once posted here.
