These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.northriverfence.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by North River Fence, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Use of the Site

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts.
Account Registration. To request a quote, purchase products, or use certain features, you’ll create an account with a valid email and password—you’re responsible for keeping them secret.
Acceptable Conduct. Be cool: no hacking, scraping, spamming, or harassing our team or other users.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, software—is owned or licensed by us. You may view and download site materials only for your personal, non-commercial use. No copying, distributing, or creating derivative works without our written permission.

3. Orders & Payments

Estimates & Quotes. Online estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
Payment. We accept major credit cards and ACH. Invoices are due per the payment terms on your invoice. Late fees may apply.
Cancellation & Refunds. Service cancellations must be requested in writing 48 hours before scheduled work. Materials orders may incur restocking fees.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Warranty. The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from your use of the Site or our services.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless North River Fence and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Manatee County, Florida.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
