At North River Fence, LLC, we take pride in the quality of our work. Every installation is backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty, exclusively for the original purchaser. This warranty covers the installation itself and does not extend to the materials or other factors outside our workmanship.

To initiate a warranty claim, a request must be submitted for review. A trained technician will inspect the fence to determine if any issues are due to improper installation. If the inspection confirms that the installation was not performed correctly, we will address the issue under the warranty.

However, if the installation is found to be consistent with our standards, we will provide an estimate for any necessary repairs or maintenance required due to factors such as wear, damage, or environmental conditions.

At North River Fence, LLC, we work with a variety of manufacturers to provide the materials used in your fence installation. If you encounter any warranty issues related to the materials, claims must be filed directly with the respective manufacturer. Please note that some manufacturers require you to register your materials within a specific timeframe after installation to ensure coverage under their warranty.

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Acts of nature including hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, or lightning strikes
• Damage caused by vehicle impact, fallen trees, or third-party actions
• Normal wear and weathering of natural wood products
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs made by anyone other than North River Fence
• Improper use of the fence or gates, including overloading or hanging heavy objects
• Damage caused by improper drainage, landscaping, or soil movement
• Failure to perform reasonable maintenance as recommended for the specific fence type

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your fence has a warranty-covered issue, please follow these steps:
